You know the drill, probably!
1. Post with your character
2. People can reply asking for your character's paragraphs of thought involving their character!
3. You can do the same to them!
4. PROFIT????

He also thought she was reliable, and was thrilled that she felt the same way about education. She seemed a touch shy from the way she'd turned away after a sincere compliment, but that fed into his desire to know her better after she called on him at the ceremony and promptly lost it to the detriment of his face. Boy, he could hear Odette's howling laughter in the distance . . . He was so startled that he sought to understand what he'd done to rattle Douki-chan so. He respected her and was there to learn just why his interactions with the fairer sex seemed to always implode like this, so out of appreciation for her honesty he promised something he'd never thought he would do in his entire life: watch his mouth*.
*"What about Yvon—" This isn't about him.
It was torturous. Every time he opened and closed his mouth, it felt as though he were asphyxiating. He just wanted to say what he was thinking. Conversely, Douki-chan seemed to open up and be more at ease with each effort he made, and that was satisfying to watch . . . Truly, love(?) hurts.
She put up with his terrible sense of coordination during the three-legged race and Cyrus was no fool. Douki-chan was a champ. This was where he really started leaning into the idea that she was someone with whom he could share new experiences, because she was so patient and encouraging despite the utter embarrassments he was making out of them both. The kissing, as rather good as it felt, was absolutely alien to him; he dwelled on what that meant in relation to his feelings toward Douki-chan, later concluding that he enjoyed kissing her and not necessarily the act itself, as his fondness for her made it pleasurable.
Then the truth booth came. Cyrus, who thought himself free to make his choices independent of the algorithm, wasn't especially nervous about the result, though his perfect match was always going to have his deeper consideration due simply to a desire to see what the algorithm saw. He ended up not having to think too hard with Douki-chan. Things seemed to fall into place once they received their confirmation with confetti raining down around them. She was dependable, hardworking, and kind. She taught him things and learned with him on others. No matter how aggravating he could be, she was patient with his failings and explained them in ways others hadn't. She was a comfortable, inspiring presence. The only question was, why hadn't he considered her sooner?
He really thought that she had hauled most of their weight up to that point. She'd been the one to pursue him first while he'd remained none the wiser to their spark. Part of the reason he approached her for the challenge, aside from strategy, was out of curiosity to grasp what precisely was happening between them. Knowing that she'd come onto the show for love, he shifted some gears and tried to think about their matchup from a suitable angle to that wish. This wasn't totally out of left field for Cyrus, who'd joined the show with some interest in exploring the possibility of romance if that was where it led him—and lead him there, it did. Having said that, he knew for certain that he was fond of and well and truly liked her, but couldn't say that he was in love, because she was a person and not some book he loved to obsess over. However, he thought that he could grow to understand the depth of a feeling such as love for another person if he were to remain at her side, and his affection for her grew as the time between them did.
Then he hecked up and they still managed to hit the bed, because Douki-chan was wonderful like that. Cyrus said that he felt contented, and this was the honest truth. It was an undeniably pleasurable experience—one that was only half as good as it had been because it had been with her, in his mind. And she blossomed before him all the while, and it all felt so at home. Cyrus and Douki-chan can both be very passionate, but for Cyrus this was a budding relationship rooted in growth and coziness. He wants her to thrive and be happy, while just being with her is joyful for him.
tl;dr he adores her.
