Welcome to a new week, lovebirds! Monday dawns gray and misty, and it's actually not long before a thunderstorm rolls in! You can, of course, kiss dramatically in the yard in the rain and risk getting struck by lightning-- or you can stay inside, cuddle in the conversation pit, USE THE GODDAMN BOOM BOOM ROOM or do anything else until the storm blows over by the evening! Don't worry, the rest of the week will be bright and sunny and beautiful!

There's also a new section of the house, weirdly enough! There's a bright turquoise door located near the bedroom and opening it leads to... a massive indoor pool. The water is a pleasant temperature, there's a hot tub, there's an assortment of flotation devices for those of you who might have trouble swimming (tubes, life vests, boogie boards, pool noodles that can also be used to wage Deadly Combat if you are Sara and Kasque or Jeritza or anyone else ready for Violence). And if you somehow didn't pack a swimsuit because why on earth would your canon let you have one--

Worry not!! There's a rack of swimsuits in every size you lot could need! The catch (or not): they're all sexy. Like. Barely there sexy. Impossibly adhering to you sexy. Shoelaces would maybe cover more sexy. Absolutely great to play Chicken Fight in sexy. You get the idea.

Anything having to do with being able to write is still also Not Present.

[After a little more consideration, Marcille hangs the blue option back up on the rack.] Let's try the green!

[Wait for her, Douki-chan... She'll be right back! Privacy is at a premium poolside, but Marcille vanishes to find a place to change and leave her adventurer's underclothes to be collected later.

Unfortunately, since these swimsuits were both ultimately probably still a little too cute for the Overseer's horny spandex rack, it turns out the green option features my mortal enemy in all swimsuit anime art: Underboob.]

I don't know if it fits...? [And Marcille's face reappears, followed momentarily by the rest of her.]

[Aoko's just nodding in complete agreement with Marcille's statement. She's thirsty and wants to get laid, but listen, not with a total stranger... there's gotta be at least a little romance...!

But anyway, then Marcille is headed off to get changed, and Aoko entertains herself by looking through the horrible swimsuits--so she has to turn around when Marcille reappears.

... Ah.

Wow, um. She puts a hand to her chin contemplatively.]

Is it too small, or is it supposed to be worn that way...? It definitely looks really sexy--like, really, you look great in this--but I'd be a little worried it might fall off.

Does it feel really tight?

[This level of exposure is extremely rare for her, even forgoing getting changed in front of some of her party members in the past or the more elven style she adopted in the comfort of her own home. Having eyes and compliments on her definitely makes her flush - from the tips of her ears and all the way down, even her shoulders and elbows taking on a dim pink glow. She presses her palms together, tapping them a few times just to occupy herself with something.]

Not really? [To demonstrate, Marcille slides two fingers under the band and tugs, showing the give it still has. She understands that to keep out the water and stay attached to the body, they probably have to be pretty tight, unlike other outfits that offer weather resistance or protection from the cold.]

But if this one's like this already, then I think the other one might have some leaks. [Even more would spill out, she wagers: She's not sure she could fill the blue top out enough to keep everything in place. She mutters.] It's like trying to fit a slime into a bag.

[Oh... yeah. As Marcille demonstrates the give, Aoko just plants her hands on her hips and shakes her head.]

I see... yeah, it's meant to be worn this way, then...

[With underboob. She knows that's a style that some women like, and more power to them, but poor Marcille is so red...]

Er... you could say something a bit more flattering--you're talking about yourself after all--but yeah, these swimsuits are definitely meant to be flashy. Is overboob or underboob more embarrassing for you?

[She's not familiar with either term enough to even gauge her comfort levels, so Marcille takes a moment to use context clues to figure out where Aoko is going with this. It's a pretty quick deduction.]

I guess this part is more likely to be hidden by the water. [She looks down in the direction of her own chest. Wearing the blue swimsuit, she'd look practically naked if she submerged herself in the water.

Still lit up, Marcille twists to the side and lifts her arms over her head, putting the top through its paces.]

And I guess I feel - pretty strapped in, if you ask me. But is this a little unorthodox?
