[ It's Time.

The Overseer will call everyone outside, to the area. She stands at the podium behind a screen bearing two handprints, while the guys can sit in the seats and the ladies + Diamond will be directed to stand on the platform-- and Cyrus and Douki-chan continue to be seated together.

Behind her and off to the side, there are eight beams of light. ]

Hello, everyone. Choices for our third week have been made. When a couple has been announced, please come forward and place your hands on the screen. You will be locked in.

Once all couples have locked in, the lights will go out. For every couple that is a Perfect Match, a beam of light will appear. To win this game, you will need all eight beams lit. If no new beams have been added per week, you will encounter a blackout and one of you will be chosen at random to lose your wish.

Due to the unfortunate departure of Dohalim, Kuchiha and Vivy, our matchmakers have changed some of the Perfect Matches and also discovered a trio of three. I will inform one of the three of this development next week, to assist them.

[ There's a lighthearted laugh that accompanies this statement. ]

Anyone with a working pair of eyes and half a brain in their skull will be able to see how fortunate they are. You're a good man, Zag.

[ Zagreus moves his hand to lightly pat her arm. ]

You're quite sweet. Unfortunately, things aren't always that easy.

[ His smile falters just a little. But only for a moment. ]

[ She can’t help but feel responsible somehow. She’s the one who didn’t pull away when he gave her the chance, the one who initiated and allowed them to get closer and closer. ]

[ But hm. How to put this in the most basic way. ]

I'm starting to wonder if I should have come here in the first place.

[ Likewise, Blaze shows very little concern over the cameramen, most likely because the mere concept of this being broadcast for other people to see is so foreign to her that it doesn't seem real.

Once they're more or less alone, she finds a place for them to sit, sinking down into her seat as Zagreus speaks. Her expression also sinks, something sad flitting across her features. ]

Zag... if you get your wish, won't you be able to live anywhere? Go anywhere?

[ Zagreus walks over near her, slumping down casually.

He offers a sweet smile in return, trying to be reassuring. ]

It's true, but then my wish would also feel like a moot type of point. If I don't go home, there would have been no reason for me to come here in the first place.

[ He looks over at her curiously about what she might have to say. ]

If you want this to matter, to really, truly matter, then you need to believe that there will be a way to make it work. All of us have come from worlds apart, all of us will be going home by the end of this, but I will be damned if I let that stop me.

[ Her hands ball into fists in her lap. She didn't think she cared about her wish, but now knowing what they could all stand to lose, she wants to try to keep it, if only so they can all see each other again. ]

You're so very sweet, but you're also quick to give up and step back. If you find someone here that you love, and they love you back, they won't think twice about living in the ruddy Underwold. Don't underestimate the power of that kind of connection. So, buck up, reach out and take hold of what you want, and then fight like hell to keep it.
