[ It's Time.

The Overseer will call everyone outside, to the area. She stands at the podium behind a screen bearing two handprints, while the guys can sit in the seats and the ladies + Diamond will be directed to stand on the platform-- and Cyrus and Douki-chan continue to be seated together.

Behind her and off to the side, there are eight beams of light. ]

Hello, everyone. Choices for our third week have been made. When a couple has been announced, please come forward and place your hands on the screen. You will be locked in.

Once all couples have locked in, the lights will go out. For every couple that is a Perfect Match, a beam of light will appear. To win this game, you will need all eight beams lit. If no new beams have been added per week, you will encounter a blackout and one of you will be chosen at random to lose your wish.

Due to the unfortunate departure of Dohalim, Kuchiha and Vivy, our matchmakers have changed some of the Perfect Matches and also discovered a trio of three. I will inform one of the three of this development next week, to assist them.

[ Zagreus/Blaze and Kasque/Sara, most relevantly. Kasque sounds... neutral. She's not sure what she feels about that at this point. But— ]

The threesome thing is interesting too. There were only a couple of pairs the same between the first week and this one, right...? Blaze and Sara and Milla and Jeritza. So either one of them has a third, or we got two different parts of it. And if you're not in that first one, I feel like it might be two different pairs.

Mmm, it could work, probably. I mean, we don't have anything deep yet, but we get along fine, and a couple people have said they could see it. My only thing was that we might be too similar? I don't know if she's fulfilling my needs or whatever, the way you guys' relationship does.

Though... I guess if there was a third person involved that could solve that a bit.

Is there anyone else we can eliminate from the group of three? We might want to wait until the Overseer lets us know what she has in mind for next week, but if we know anything now, it's better to get it out.

Hmmmm... the options are seriously limited, huh? If you take out the pairs where someone's gone or that we know are wrong, from the first week... If it's not them, it's probably me and Zagreus and someone?

Since the other possibilities are stuff like... Diamond and Ash and Johnny. Me and Miko and Johnny.

Very limited. Since I was in the same match both weeks before this one, I think statistically I probably only have one match.

You and Zagreus...and Miko? [god help the rest of them, no pun intended.]

That does seem like it would work. And if we got a beam today too, it's got to be either her or Cassius. Though, that could be pretty hot too.

Would it be difficult for you to be patient with him?

[It's fine, she's dealing! Marcille can't deny that he has something about him that is physically very compelling. Maybe that's why Kasque tasked him with that awful dare in the first place.]

Though maybe that's the kind of thing you could "grow" through anyway, if they matched the three of you.

Hmmmm... Maybe. I'd definitely get annoyed, but on the plus side, it doesn't really seem to bother him if I am. Plus Zagreus is a lot more patient than I am.

And if we use something unique it's easier to tell them apart with each run. What do we have in the house that we can use to tell "ourselves" apart, though...
